Pre-Ordering a sixthreezero bicycle.
Since the response to the Global Pandemic in mid-March, bicycle demand has increased significantly as it is an outdoor activity and one of the few things that people across the country could enjoy during this time in human history.
We have sold out of many of our models, and we are currently offering an option to "Pre-Order" incoming inventory from our factories.
This is a program we have employed so that riders who truly are looking for a new bicycle to ride during these historic times.
How does 'pre-ordering' a bicycle work?
In the most basic sense, it is a reservation on future inventory yet to be ready for sale to riders.
On the product page of the bike you wish to order, you will either see a button to "Notify Me When In Stock" or to "Pre-Order" the bicycle.
If the "Add To Cart" or "Buy It Now" buttons are active, then the bike is in immediate stock and will usually ship within 3-5 business days.
These are examples of how the pre-order and the notifications buttons will appear on the product page:
We do not make products available for pre-order unless we have a verified delivery date.
If the "Notify Me When In Stock" button is present, this means that we do not have reliable delivery dates available, so we don't make the promise that we will ship on a specific date, when in fact we do not have verification that it will. The best thing to do is to sign up for the email notification when it is shown on the product page of the bicycle you would like to order.
Please note, when you receive a stock notification, it may very well be a notice that "Pre-Order" is now available for the specific bicycle you are interested in.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERSAsk a Question
What is the best bike seat you have for this particular bike? Do both the Topeak and the Weeride work well?
Both work very well. The WeeRide seats are smaller, so you child's size and weight will be limited to about 33 lbs.
The Topeak Seat is larger and can hold up to 40 lbs.
I used to bike around my neighborhood and occasionally at the cemetery their trails are gravel is that too much for this bike?
The wheels on this bike are thin, which usually does not do well with gravel roads. The PaveNTrail r the Body Ease might be a better choice.
I have seen the ExploreyourRange bike listed as navy blue sometimes pictured in a dark blue and sometimes pictured in more of a royal blue on your website and on other retailer websites. How do you distinguish?
Although the color might look different in each monitor that you'll view it from, the Explore Your Range Women's version depending on the speed, is only available in Navy, Teal and Cream. Please see https://www.sixthreezero.com/products/sixthreezero-explore-your-range-womens-three-speed-commuter-hybrid-bike.
Which is the best model for utility use on trails and neighborhood riding between the Pave'n trail and the Explore your range?
The Explore your range has thinner tires, which make it more suited for the paved roads, so I would recommend that you go with the PaveNTrail model.
Do you sell fenders that fit this bike and match the color or in white?
Unfortunately, we do not have Fenders that will fit this bike or any of our bikes with 700C tires.
It is something we are working on and will have an option in the spring.
Explore your range model, can the handle bars be adjusted to angle forward or back more?
Yes, the handlebars can be adjusted that way.
How heavy is this bicycle without any added rack or anything?
This bike will weigh in at 33 Lbs. assembled.
What are the demensions of the box it ships in?
The bicycle's packaging measures 52" long, 28" tall, 8" wide, and weighs about 42 lbs.
Thank you, and please let us know if you have any other questions.
