So I have our riders, our senior riders over 60, and we are going to show you today why the SixThreeZero EVRYjourney touring hybrid comfort bike is the best comfort bike for seniors over 60. But before we do that, let's go ahead and meet our riders. Okay. Let's meet our first rider. Go ahead and tell everyone your name and height, weight, and a little bit about your riding.

I'm Mike, I'm 6'1". I'm 61. I'm 195 pounds. I ride down by the beach. I ride to and from gym workouts, about three to 10 miles.

Cool. And you're a weekly rider, right?

Yeah. Weekly, biweekly.

Okay, cool. All right. Thanks, Mike. Moving on here. And who do we got next?

Hi, my name's Eddie. I am 62, I weigh 240 pounds, I'm 5'10", and I ride quite a bit on bicycles. We live in Ventura, California, so it's a pretty active area. Still looking for that just right bike. We have some e-bikes and we have some beach cruisers, so we're still looking for the right bike, actually.

Cool. And Eddie actually just had knee surgery about a year ago, so when we're talking today about the best comfort bike for over 60, we're going to show you also if you've had surgery on your knee, why this bike is so great.

Yes.

All right. Thank you. And who do we have next?

Hi, I'm Marilyn. I'm 5'8". I'm 140 pounds. I'm 70 years old and I haven't ridden a bike in 20 plus years.

So Marilyn, in all honesty, just rode a bike for the first time in 20 years in one of our other videos. If you want to see that, check it out on our channel. And yeah, so it's really exciting. So now is her third bike ride. Okay. And who do we have last?

Hi, I'm Catherine, I'm 66 years old. I'm 5'8", about 120, and I haven't ridden in about a year.

Got it.

So I usually ride on vacation, a beach bike, a kind of heavy beach bike.

Yeah. Yeah. Perfect. Okay. So we've got all of our riders. The good news is we have whole varying degrees of heights, weights, ages, and athletic ability. So the first element that makes the EVRYjourney SixThreeZero the best comfort bike for seniors over 60 is the four custom adjustment points. So with these four custom adjustment points, you can dial in this bike to be a perfect fit for anyone's body. And in addition to that is the frame design. Now, can everyone go ahead and get on the bike really quickly? And we will show you how to do the four custom adjustment points to dial in the comfort perfectly.

Now, in addition to the comfort in the riding, you also have an easy step-thru frame. So for mounting and dismounting, you can just step through the frame, which makes it very simple to get on and off, which is a great feature if you're a rider over 60. It's much safer, and it's also just simpler, easier to step on and off versus having to swing your leg if you don't want to do that. Of course, if you have the athleticism and you choose, you can mount and dismount the bike any way you see fit. But with the step-thru option, it is available and it makes it much simpler and easier to get on and off.

Now, everybody is on the bike and you can see all the riders, for the most part, have their feet nearly flat on the ground. The reason for this is with the forward pedaling design, the pedals move forward about six inches. That allows the seat to be lower to the ground so when you're stopped, you can get your feet flat on the ground, but when you're moving, you're still going to get ample leg extension because of the riding position with the pedals moved forward.

So, the benefit of that is you're going to get like I said, it's safer when you stop, you can plant your feet very easily, but when you're riding, you're still going to get that leg extension. Someone like Eddie who's had knee surgery, he needs that extension in his knee when he is riding so he is not cramped. So we can give him the best of both worlds. We can get his feet close to the ground when stopped, but when he's riding, he's going to get the leg extension he needs so he's not feeling pain, feeling cramped, and he can do the kind of rehab he needs pedaling on his bike.

Now, in addition to that, let's talk about the four custom adjustment points. So let's... We can just use... Let's just use Eddie as one example here. Eddie, you come on up here. So now you can see, let me show you... You can stop right there. On the handlebars, you've got two adjustment points. I'm going to go ahead and show you. And this is simple for you to do this at home. We are going to include this six-millimeter in the box for you. And you can actually... You have your tilt right here. So we've already adjusted this to Eddie, but we'll walk you through the process. I can loosen this bolt. Now he has the freedom to tilt it up or down like that and go ahead and find the perfect position right there.

Perfect for me, yeah.

Okay. So he likes it right there. And then you just go ahead and tighten it in. Now we've got the height here as well. You're just going to stick the tool in, do a little loosen, and now the handlebars are going to drop. And now he liked it up higher, so he can go ahead and pull it up, and we're going to get that up.

Perfect.

Cool. We'll get that up about as high as he wants it. Okay. Okay. And if you want to go ahead and hop off really quick. So those are the two adjustment points here. There you go. He pulls his leg out. Step-thru. Yep. Now, if you want to put the kickstand down. Now, I'll have Eddie demonstrate to you right here, you can raise and lower the seat. You can do that yourself.

It's a little low for me, for my knee.

That's all the way down. Yeah.

I like it a little higher.

Okay. There you go. Perfect. Perfect. Okay. Now go ahead and hop off real quick. I'm going to show them the last adjustment points. So when you're talking about comfort and why this is the best, most comfortable bike for seniors over 60, these adjustment points make it so you're going to be able to find comfort for any body type. And what works for one body isn't going to work for another necessarily. The last adjustment you have here is this tilting. And you're going to use a 14-millimeter wrench, and we're going to include a tool that you can actually do this, and you're just going to loosen this a little bit. Oops. Okay. Oh, wait. Sorry, I went in the wrong direction there. Okay. Now, we're going to have the freedom to tilt the seat. And some people like it a little farther back, keeps them in the saddle a little better. Some people like it right here. Do you want to just hover on that? Try not to put too much weight down as we try to find the right angle. So that's probably a little too forward?

Right.

You like that?

Right there.

Okay, cool. You can go ahead and hop off. Okay. Perfect. Now we just come back in with our 14 millimeters and just tighten that backup. And you can see, we just took Eddie through the custom fitting process in literally one minute, two minutes. Go ahead and just sit down just to make sure I got it tight enough. Perfect. Now perfectly dialed into his body. The other thing, what makes this the most comfortable bike for seniors over 60 is the oversized saddle. They have it on all of them. It's an extra-wide saddle, really cradles your rear so you don't have to deal with a small narrow cut seat that's going to give you pain. This is going to be cupping your rear. You're not going to have that pain on longer rides.

In addition, now with the four custom adjustment points, we are going to dial this into an ergonomic position where you're not going to have pain on rides. So push your body a little farther, because you're not going to be leaning forward. You won't have that back pain, you won't have that shoulder pain. There goes my mic. Don't worry about that. So it's a really key thing where you can go for those longer rides and not feel the pain in your body you may feel on another type of bike. All right, with that said, everyone can get on their bike and we'll go for a quick lap. And when you can see them as they ride, the ergonomic position their bodies are in. Eddie, you want to lead off?

All right, here we go.

And everyone can just follow in suit. Go ahead, Marilyn.

Getting adjusted.

Okay. And watch everyone's back is perfectly upright. We'll catch them on the way back. There's Catherine. You got it.

Here we go.

There goes, Marilyn. And look at how straight up and down they are and how relaxed their shoulders are. Their backs are upright. There you go. You can see. Look at Eddie, very relaxed. How's your knee, Eddie?

It's great.

He's getting the extension he needs. And Mike, perfect. Look at that perfect ergonomic, shoulders back, and Katherine as well. And here comes Marilyn. Again, only her third bike ride in 20 years happening here today. She looks great. And you can just come back here and park. How was it?

It was great.

Good.

Yay.
