Due to the circumstances, we are experiencing an extreme volume of orders. We're working hard to process and ship your orders on time. Due to shelter in place orders we have a shortage of workers availabe for our warehouses. As a result delivery times may be a bit longer than usual. We want to get everyone riding asap and we are giving it our all to get bikes shipped as fast as possible.
Standard orders are taking 14 - 17 days to ship, and another 3 - 5 days transit time. For a total of 17 - 22 days total lead time to you.
Custom orders are taking 21 - 35 business days to process and build, plus 3 - 5 days transit time. For a total of 24 - 40 days lead time to you.
Warranty parts are taking 14 - 20 days to process and ship for a total of 17 - 25 days lead time to you.
For Customer Experience it is taking us approximately 5 - 8 days to respond to emails and live chats.

We will ship to home and office directly via FedEx. All Bicycles arrive 80% assembled in box.
Orders will generally ship within five business days and in most cases you will receive your order in about one week.
For continental USA orders, we will pay to ship your bike to you, and in the case that you wish to return, we’ll pay to have it shipped back to sixthreezero.
