Since the response to the Global Pandemic that came upon the USA in mid-March, bicycle demand has increased significantly as it is an outdoor activity and one of the few things that people across the country could enjoy during this unprecedented time in our history.
As a result of this extreme demand, we have shifted our efforts to allowing customers to preorder bicycles, and claim incoming inventory as the bikes are produced. On the product page of the bike you wish to order, you will se the date that the bike is expected to ship to you.
As we have been employing this option on sixthreezzero.com, we have experienced some delays in shipping due to logistical limitations caused by COVID19 distancing restrictions, and they continue to occur. Our expected shipping dates are always subject to change, and we communicate with our customers whenever we receive notifications of delays.

Due to the circumstances, we are experiencing an extreme volume of orders. We're working hard to process and ship your orders on time. Due to shelter in place orders we have a shortage of workers availabe for our warehouses. As a result delivery times may be a bit longer than usual. We want to get everyone riding asap and we are giving it our all to get bikes shipped as fast as possible.
- Standard orders are taking 5 - 7 business days to ship, and another 4 - 6 days transit time.
- Warranty parts are taking 14 - 20 days to process and ship for a total of 17 - 25 days lead time to you.
- For Customer Experience it is taking us approximately 5 - 8 days to respond to emails and live chats.
- We are not currently taking orders for custom bikes as our supply lines for parts and accessories have not been able to provide the materials we need for building custom bikes.

We will ship to home and office directly via FedEx. All Bicycles arrive 80% assembled in box.
Orders will generally ship within five business days and in most cases you will receive your order in about one week.
For continental USA orders, we will pay to ship your bike to you, and in the case that you wish to return, we’ll pay to have it shipped back to sixthreezero.
