Bicycle for Two: If Your Spouse Can't Ride, Take Them on the E Bike Rickshaw: E Trike for Passenger

Can your spouse no longer ride a bike? This is the bike you need. Hey everyone I'm Dustin, I have 20 years of experience in the bike and e-bike industry and today I'm going to show you a bike that is great if you have a spouse who can no longer ride. All right, so right here, I've got this sixthreezero EvryJourney E-bike Rickshaw. Now, we have a lot of customers, and there are other videos on our YouTube channel if you want to check it out, that have a spouse that is dealing with some sort of physical limitation, whether it be a disability or a degenerative disease or even just really bad arthritis. And it's become so bad that they can no longer ride a bicycle under their power. And so many of them have turned to this E-bike Rickshaw as a way for them both to enjoy bike rides together. So, as you can see, there is a backbench seat that can accommodate riders up to 300 pounds. I am 5'10", 230. I can sit back here comfortably. And if you check out our other videos on the YouTube channel, we've got riders up to 6'4 back here. Two riders, 164, and 162, both fit on here. Now, not super comfortable for two men that size necessarily, but one rider, one adult rider by themselves, is absolutely comfortable. You have a seatbelt here. You also have this step-up platform here, which makes getting on and off very easy. And again, we have a video on our website where you can see a couple, senior couple, actually husband and wife, are using this for RV trips where they're bringing it, putting it on the back, and his wife, who's actually in a wheelchair, can get into this and ride safely and comfortably together.

So it's a great way if you've got a community or you want to do short commutes to a store and you want to bring your spouse with you, this is a great option. Now, the cool thing is, it's an electric tricycle. It's got a 750-watt front hub motor. So don't be worried about powering it. The motor can do all the work by pushing this thumb throttle if you so choose, or you can pedal and have the assistance give you assistance while you pedal with your passenger on the back. Also, check out our other videos. You're going to see that it rides very easily and very normally, even with passengers on the back. It'll be easy for you to steer and you can get around safely and, as I said before, easily. Adding passengers on the back in a lot of instances makes it better because it adds more weight back here which keeps these two wheels down on the ground and balanced so if you have a wife, a husband, a partner, and for whatever reason they haven't been able to get out consider the e-bike rickshaw. After all, I've already seen it change so many lives and bring joy to so many people who again couldn't share the experience of a bike ride anymore. So it's a great activity you can do together to get out, get sun and just enjoy the beautiful days wherever you may be.
