Electric Bike for Two Passengers is So Much Fun! | Two Seater EBike You Must See

Hey, guys. I'm Dustin. I have nearly 20 years of experience in the bike and e-bike industry, and today I'm going to show you one of the electric bikes, a two-seater for two passengers, so stick around.

A lot of people out there looking for a bike or trike where they can carry passengers. Something that's a two-seater, someone can come along with you. We have it right here. One of the few electric bikes that's a two-seater. It's the sixthreezero, EVRYjourney electric tricycle, two-seater, rickshaw, passenger trike, or whatever you want to call it. And this thing is a lot of fun, really performs and it is great to take out. Let me walk you through a little bit about the electric bike and then I'm going to show you how we can actually get two adults on the back of this bike.

Now, this is a 750-watt e-bike with a 21 amp hour battery. So you're going to be able to hit speeds up to 20 miles an hour in throttle and maybe about 24 miles an hour in pedal assist depending on the load that you're carrying. If it's just a single rider, you could probably get up to about 28 miles an hour in pedal assist, but if you've got a bigger load on here, it's going to limit your speed obviously. Now the battery, the range you're going to look for is about up to 50 miles. The range on a product like this is a little bit tricky to estimate because there are so many variables including the weight that you're bringing on the bike and also the terrain and where you're riding. The weight's going to be the biggest factor. The more weight you have in the back here, the quicker the battery's going to drain. But you can bring two adults around and the back bench seat can hold up to 400lbs. Take your wife, husband or friend, because this passenger e bike can hold them.

But this is a 21 amp hour battery, so this is a huge battery, which is why I say up to 50 miles. If it's just a single rider in one passenger, it's going to be easy to think you can get 30, 30 miles of range. The other thing that's going to affect the range greatly is if you're using pedal assist or just the throttle. If you're just using the throttle, the battery's going to drain much quicker. If you're using pedal assist and you're staying at a lower assistance level, the battery's going to last longer. Basically, the more energy you're using, the more you're requiring the battery to perform faster, and the battery is going to drain. Makes sense. So if you want to preserve the battery on rides, use more pedal assist at a lower level because there are five assistance levels. Five give you the most assistance from the motor and one gives you the least.

So huge battery, big motor. You've also got four-inch tires. It's going to grip the ground and be super stable. The other benefit is the rear here. You have 20-inch tires, so it's set lower in the rear because the front is a 24-inch tire. What this does is it keeps the back end with a lower center of gravity, which makes balancing and riding so much simpler and easier and also much safer. Disc brakes in the front end rear and also two disc brakes in the back on each wheel. So you've got three total disc brakes on this bike, more than enough braking power. And again, we're going to show you a demonstration here in a second.

You've also got a seven-speed derailer, so you've got seven gears. If you need to tackle hills, you can have that gear ratio. If you're on flat ground, go to a higher gear and you can start to move faster. That first gear is going to be really helpful, especially if you're climbing hills with a heavier load or even on flat ground if you have a heavier load. Having that range, being able to go into a one gear one or gear two or gear three is going to make it much, much easier.

Now, moving back here to our actual seat. We've got a nice stitched synthetic leather seat and of course, a seatbelt, and this can strap around two small to average-sized adults or up to three children. We've got some other videos as well of children on here, and you've got a great place right here for your feet. So it's a great two-seater because it's going to be comfortable. You have a place for your feet. You have the seatbelt. It's really easy to take two people on this electric tricycle, and I'm going to demonstrate that for you right now.

This e-bike for two passengers also features a basket under the seat where you can store your items that you want to take with you on your rides. It has a latch to keep it tightly closed ensure your items won't fall out when riding. It's a great space to store bags, towels, shoes and any other item you may want to take with you. You could also lock the compartment closed if you want to leave things inside when going in a store. You could lock it by using a cable lock and secure it through the openings.

There is also a front headlight that can be used for night riding. It can be turned on at the controls. If you want to use this ebike as your primary mode of transportation you can ride during the day or at night with the headlight. Because you can fit multiple passengers on the bench seat this electric bicycle can truly replace your car for trips under ten miles. Not to say you can ride more than ten miles, but safe to say under ten miles on this ebike are a no brainer.

Okay, so we've got our two average-sized adults, Nate and Alana, who can demonstrate this electric bike's two-seater. And why don't you guys go ahead and hop on? Now again, we're actually going to put three people on here, but we're going to show you how two fit here so that we'll just do the play-by-play of what's happening. Unbuckling the seatbelt, sitting down, and strapping in. Here we go. How do you feel?

Alana: Good.

Dustin: Real good. Comfortable?

Alana: Yeah.

Dustin: All right. Now I'm going to show you how much fun and how easy this is. Make sure to hold the break when you mount and dismount. And let's go ahead and turn the power on. And I'm just pushing the throttle, and we're off and running. And you can see the motor handles the weight. So, Nate and Alana are back there at about 160 plus 110, 270. I'm about 220, so we're about 490 pounds. This is a little bit of an incline. And just using the throttle, we're getting up this baby. No problem. I'm telling you too, steering this thing is pretty easy. Now watch this. Oops. Hold on tight. We have up zero turning radius. We're going to turn this into a teacup ride. Now, I'm going to also demonstrate the pedal assist here. All right, that's good.

Coming back down. Let's go to pedal assist. We can get really going fast here. Don't be scared. I know what I'm doing. Just push both ways and stop. No Problem. Now, we're going to circle back. And we got the pedal assist. I can go ahead and kick this into level five and just like that. No problem. And there we go. So, you can see, and they've got their feet right here on the footrest. How would you rate that experience on a one-to-10 basis?

Nate: 10 out of 10.
