Hey everyone, I'm Dustin, CEO of sixthreezero, and today I'm excited because I'm introducing you to one of our newest products, the sixthreezero Zip and Fold, our 20-inch folding E-bike with fat tires. So let me walk you through all the features of this cool new e-bike that we have. Okay, first and foremost, it's a folding e-bike and it has 20-inch fat tires that are going to absorb the shocks and the bumps when you're out riding. The other cool thing is, these are on-road and off-road. Now they have mostly slick tread, however, you could take it on hard-pack trails, gravel, and things like that, and it'll do well because of the three-inch width of the tires. So it's a lot of fun. If you want to zip around town, let's say from a street or a path onto a hard-packed trail, you can do that with these tires.

Now let's talk about electronics. You've got a 750-watt rear hub motor matched with a 48-volt, 15 amp-hour battery. So what does that mean? Well, with the motor, you're going to be able to go up to speeds 20 miles an hour. But most importantly, for riders up to 350 pounds, this motor is going to get you up hills quite easily. Now, as you get closer to 350 pounds, you may not be able to do full throttle up serious hills, but the 750 watts are going to help tremendously.

And especially in pedal assist, if you give a little effort, it's going to get you up hills and easily cruising around town. That's the benefit of going with the highest street-legal motor for e-bikes that's out there 750 watts. So reach speeds at 20 miles an hour, which again is the limit in California and a lot of states across the country and with the battery size, you're going to get up to 50 miles per ride.

Now it's going to depend on the weight of the rider, the conditions, how much you're using the throttle and the pedal assist. But even with using full throttle, I would anticipate 15 to 20 miles of range depending on the hills and the weight of the rider, of course. And in pedal assist, you could get even more, 30, 40, 50 miles depending on the level that you're using one, two, three, four, or five. Now it also has five levels of pedal assist. One is going to give you the least amount of assistance. Five is going to give you the most amount of assistance. If you're doing major hills, you're going to want to have it in level five. If you're on flat ground just cruising around, maybe just keep it in levels two or three, totally up to you. Now it has a twist throttle up here, which is cool. And at the end of the video, I'll do a quick demo just to show you.

You're just going to twist the throttle right here, pull it back, and that's how the bike is going to go. And if you don't want any throttle, keep your hands on the grip. You can use the pedal assist or you can ride it without the electricity at all. Again, totally up to you. Now another cool feature is it has a seven-speed derailleur. Now the derailleur has nothing to do with the electronics. It's seven gears like you would find on any standard bicycle. And the great thing is that it allows you to ride this e-bike like a standard bike and you still have the gears, the variance of the gears. So if you want to tackle hills without the electronics or you just want to go for long rides and get a little bit of a workout, it's great. You have the gears there to assist you.

Also, when you're in pedal assist going up hills, it's still going to be easier if you have the bike at lower speeds like level one. Level seven or gear seven is going to be for when you want to hit top speeds on flat ground when you're either in the highest level of pedal assist or you just want to exert yourself period on flat ground and pedal as fast as you can. Also front and rear disc brakes. So they're going to give you great stopping power. These are TEKTRO brakes. They have tremendous stopping power. You can change the brake pads in there over time should they wear down, it's a really simple process. But you can rest assured you'll be safe if you're coming down big hills or stopping from 20 miles an hour as well. In addition to that, you have an easily adjustable seat here with a quick release.

You also have handlebars with quick release that are easily adjustable. You can raise and lower them right here like so. Clamp that in, find the location that is best for you. You have a front light up here as well. You also have front shocks, and the beauty here is you can leave these locked or open. Now what that means is when they're open, this is locked, you can see the shocks will not move at all. That's going to give you a stiffer ride. It's going to roll a little bit better. When you have them open like this, they're going to move up and down. Oops, let me get them open. They're going to move up and down when you go over bumps and things like that.

And it's going to absorb a lot of the shock on your body so you don't have to feel that while you're riding. There we go, now they're open and you can see the shocks move up and down. And that's going to be beneficial, especially if you're doing any kind of off-road riding or if you're going up and down a lot of curbs. That will help to just have the front end move with the curb a little bit so you don't feel it in your body. I'm going to go ahead and lock those out again.

I like them locked out when I'm riding on the pavement. In addition to that, let me go ahead and give you some of the measurements on this e-bike. So the great thing about it is it's very compact. So even unfolded at full length, this e-bike is about 66 inches long. And if you're curious about the axle-to-axle measurement, that is going to be 44 inches. The step-over height right here in the middle of the e-bike is 17 inches. Now the top of the seat clamp is 30 inches, and with the seat in the lowest position right here, that is at 33 inches.

Okay. Let me go ahead and clamp that down again. Okay, now real quick measurements here from the grip to the seat from the front of the seat is 23 and a half inches. From the front of the handlebars to the back of the seat is 33 inches. And let's do the stem here so the seat post is going to be 24 inches. Now, save one of the best things here, which is the folding capability. If you want to transport this e-bike for rides, you want to fold it up, take it in your SUV, and bring it with you. It is really simple.

On the front here you have a clamp. You lift on the locking mechanism and you unclamp it here, which will bring the handlebars down. And then in the middle of the frame you have a lock, you'll lift, unclamp. From there you will fold in half. Okay, and let me go ahead. Okay, now you have a stand on the front where the bike can rest. And let me go ahead and take the kickstand up. Okay, there we go. There we go. Now it folds and sits easily without the kickstand, and if you wanted to transport it very easily, you could take the seat out right here. Let me go ahead and show you that.

Now it can fit in the back of an SUV quite easily. Now the highest point right now will be here, which is going to be just under 27 inches. And the width, if you fully fold it, from the edge of the brake grip to here is 22 inches. We can fold this pedal up right here and push that down and you can fold the other one as well. A lot of people with folding e-bikes like to buy bins to put them in the back of their cars. It makes for easy storage. And the full length here folded up, let's see, the tip of the grip is about the longest point to the back of the tire, which is 42 inches. So it gets very, very compact. And you can also see it's very stable when it's resting down on the little stand right there.

So from here, you want to put it back together, no problem. You can grip anywhere that's best for you. You lift, and fold this out like so. Just clamp this down, and put your lock back in. I'll put my pedal down. From here, fold your handlebars up, clamp them in place, and you are good to go. And we'll slide our seat back in right here, okay? And go ahead and clamp down and we can unfold our pedal. Now we'll have you come in a little bit closer and I'll show you some of the features here on the display and the handlebars. All right, so very easy. Now down here, like I said, you have your key and your lock. And you can see right here when it's in the on position is down here and this piece is popping through, and if it's unlocked, you can see it disappears.

So that's just locked and this is on. Then from here, you'll just come up here, push this power button, okay? And you'll see your screen come on. Now right here you have your battery power, your speed, pedal assist level, and your odometer. And you can move through here and see a couple of other things. So this is how far on your recent trip. And let's see. And then that's your total riding time for each ride. And then a couple of other features too, if you hold this plus button up, that's going to turn your light on in the front here. So you can turn that off. And now if you hold this down, it's going to turn on what's called walking mode and the bike will move if you want to walk it up a hill or something.

Now I was trying to control that a little bit, but that's good if you have some places you need to walk with it and you don't want to have to push it under your power. So pretty cut and dry, nice display, easy to operate. And just real quick for charging, give you a quick walkthrough here. Your charging port is under here, so you'd flip that up. On your charger that will come with the bike, you have three prongs that will slip in there. You will plug it into a wall and you'll be good to go. Never, ever, ever stick anything in there besides the charger that has an electrical current. Don't ever stick anything anywhere on the battery that shouldn't go there. Okay. Now one thing I want to show you real quick too, it's a twist throttle here. So I have an in-pedal assist zero, so nothing will work. And from there you just pull back to make the twist work. It's really easy to operate.

And if it's zero, the bike will not work or run. It has to be in at least level one. And from here you have your external derailleur, your seven speeds. So to push up a gear, you push here. To push down a gear, you push here, it's called a trigger shifter. Now, typically don't shift while you're not moving. I just accidentally pushed that. Okay, now I'm just going to take a quick test drive and show you how it works. And yeah, show you how much fun it is. Okay, going to do a little test ride now. I'm going to keep it at some low levels as we get going. Now this is a 750 watt motor. It's got some good getup on it. Again, I'm 225 pounds. You'll see how easily it even handles me. So I like to start with a throttle. I'm just going to twist and go, pick my feet up. Now this is a torque sensor. Or sorry, this is a cadence sensor. So when you pedal, it's going to feel that the cadence in the motor's going to kick in.

Now, the disc breaks. A lot of disc brakes squeak until they work themselves in. That's completely normal. I've ridden bikes that are thousands and thousands of dollars and they still may squeak a little bit, no big deal. As long as the stopping power sample, and that's one thing I didn't mention. This has disc brakes front and rear. They are TEKTRO, they work great. They stop the bike on a dime. And I'm just going to go ahead and turn the motor off quickly and show you what it's like now riding with no assistance. Now I'm in gear six, so it's a little harder. Let me downshift here. There we go. Still pedals quite nicely. So I'm not using any assistance right now. And then I can just put it into one, give myself a little [inaudible 00:13:43]. Does have some good zip to it.
