E-Bikes & Bikes Customised to You
All right, I've got two of Sixthreezero 20-inch e-bikes. The Simple step through 20 inch and The Relaxed body 20-inch with the office chair style seat. Is a 20-inch e-bike right for you? Well, really depends on what you want to do with your e-bike and what you want to get out of it. 20-inch e-bikes like these two, specifically, pedaling them without assistance can be challenging at times, especially when you have a wider tire like a 3 inch tire on it. Now, if you're going to always run some level of assistance, whether it's one or two, then you'll be fine the majority of the time. The benefit of a smaller e-bike is lighter, typically speaking, not always, and much more nimble and easier to maneuver. Like our Simple step-through here, many people prefer this because of how lightweight it is, which is about 50 pounds. Doesn't seem all that light, but pretty light in the realm of e-bikes and also very easy to maneuver you're sitting right from. The handlebars it's not a big, bulky bike, so you don't have to worry about controlling something that is, again, big and clunky.
The Relaxed body this one is not designed to be entirely lightweight. You can see we've got the battery up here, a 14 amp hour battery. We've got this seat here and it's a very thick frame, right? So that's going to add to the weight. These are really great when you want to use the throttle only, I will say. So if you want to zip around, put your feet up and not pedal at all. The beauty of these is that, like this one, it's very lightweight. You can zip around very quickly, and they're easy to maneuver. Not big wheels, not a big frame. You can take it in tight spaces. You can turn very easily and get around very quickly. I'm gonna see how fast I can get going with just the throttle. So let's see. All right, I hit 17 miles an hour with just the throttle. Again, I'm 220 pounds. So if you're between 160 to 180, you're gonna hit that 20-mile-an-hour mark. So, in addition to being the lightest weight e-bike, this also has the lowest step-over height. So the step over height is located right from. It is only 9 inches off the ground, so the seat in the lowest position is 29 and a half inches. So stepping through and sliding on is very easy. This e-bike is going to accommodate riders from about four to eleven, all the way up to six.
Okay, so we've got Ashley. She's got a 29-inch inseam and 19-inch arm lengths. Let's have her sit down on the bike. Ah, yeah, she's got longer legs than the initial setup, so we'll definitely need to adjust the seat. This is why knowing your inseam and arm length is so important! Let me raise the seat for you. The great thing is, with the quick release, it's super easy to adjust. There, how's that look? Pretty good, right? Now, what about the handlebars? Since you've got longer arms, we can pull these out a bit. How does that feel? Give it a try and see what works best for you. We can also adjust them to come up a bit if you like. Let's see... is that better or worse? Ah, there we go! Cool, I think we've got a good fit for her now. You can see her arms are nice and relaxed, and her back is upright. Alright, now let's fold the pedals up. Just push in right here, and it folds up. Do that on both sides. Then, we'll fold down the handlebars. Now, you could take the battery off to make it even easier, but we'll just fold the handlebars for now. Okay, so it folds down like this. It's probably always easier to lift the back wheel in first. Then, just set it in place, and you're good to go!"
