All right, so now before we get into showing you our first-time experience of the Relaxed Body E-bike, just want to walk you through a few things on this electric bike. It's a semi-recumbent e-bike with a very low step-over height and seat height. So it can accommodate riders 4'11 to 6'4. We have some other sizing videos where you can see that. It has a 500-watt rear hub motor, and also 10.4 amp hour battery. So top speeds of 20 miles an hour just using the throttle and 22 miles an hour in pedal assist. In addition to that, riders are put in an upright, comfortable position, with front and rear disc brakes. This is a cool bike. You can check out some other videos on our page of rides, demonstrations, and of course the fitting video. And you're about to see first-time rider experiences on the Relaxed Body. So here we go.
Dustin: Okay, we're withP eter now. He's five foot seven. He's got a 30-inch inseam and 19-inch arms. Go ahead and have a seat. Okay. Let me see where your foot is. Do you want to raise the seat, you think?
Peter: No.
Dustin: No?
Peter: Yeah, that feels good.
Dustin: How do you like the handlebars? Because we can…
Peter: Maybe a little, yeah, a little bit.
Dustin: Yeah, there you go. Comfortable, isn't it? So nice you can dial it in? All right, we got a good fit then for Peter at five foot seven. All right, so now you're a pro here. So, there you go. Now this is a thumb throttle like the other one and you have to put it into level one and give it a rip.
Peter: This one's fine. It's smooth.
Dustin: Yeah?
Peter: Yeah.
Dustin: How do you, the riding position, the comfort and stuff?
Peter: I like it. Yeah, just kind of comfortable and going fast at the same time. I like it.
Dustin: Cool. Well, we got a good fit for Peter at five foot seven. Now we have Jason at five foot nine. He's got 30-inch inseam, 21-inch arms. Go ahead and sit down.
Jason: It's perfect.
Dustin: Yeah? How do you feel about the handlebars?
Jason: They're good. They could maybe go a little forward.
Dustin: Let's try it.
Jason: Not too much, but just a little.
Dustin: Okay. Give it a shot. Move them where you want them.
Jason: Right there.
Dustin: Yeah. Perfect, yeah, you have a nice upright back, and relaxed arms, this is a good riding position.
Jason: The ground with my other foot.
Dustin: Yeah. Cool, we got a good fit for our 5'9 rider. And go ahead and sit down, see, oh, watch out for our microphone here. And how do you feel about that seat height and handlebars?
Jason: Feels good.
Dustin: Yeah, you like them up there?
Jason: Yeah.
Dustin: Okay.
Jason: Yeah, it works.
Dustin: And you might want to just pull this. There we go. Let's just tuck that in your pocket right there a little bit. All right. Yeah, so just hold that button down, the power button right there.
Jason: Oh, there you go.
Dustin: Yep. All right. And you can go ahead and put it into level one. And it's a thumb throttle on this one, not a twist throttle. So go ahead and give it a rip.
Jason: All right, let's check it out. Whoo hahaha.
Dustin: What do you think?
Jason: It was good. This one goes fast.
Dustin: Yeah? And how's the comfort and the riding position?
Jason: Oh, the seat was very comfortable. I like the seat.
Dustin: Cool. All right, there we go. Jason at 5'9". Let's move up to our 5'10 rider. All right, now I'm with Travis. He's 5'10", and he's got a 29-inch inseam and 21-inch arm. Go ahead and have a seat. Okay, how does that feel? Raise it or anything?
Travis: Yeah, I think it's great.
Dustin: Yeah? How do you like the bars right there? They can tilt in more.
Travis: Probably a bit out.
Dustin: Out, okay. Okay, give that a shot. Okay. There you go. So the cool thing about these bars too, is if you like them closer, they can come in. But if you like that up high, like kind of ape hanger feel, you can move them away. So got a good fit here for Travis at 5’10. All right, so you're turned on here. Put it in level one.And your thumb throttle is there and you can pedal and go have a ride.
Travis: You're right. Okay. Okay. This is fun. Nice relaxing. This is the best one. Nice and simple, a regular bike. Oh, tried and true bicycle. I love it. I feel like at the beach, it'd be nice.
Dustin: How do you like the riding position?
Travis: That's great. It's very comfortable. I feel like my posture maintained a steady balance.
Dustin: Yeah?
Travis: Yeah.
Dustin: Cool. All right. There we go. Travis at 5'10". Let's move up to our 5'11 rider. All right, we're with Kyle. Now he's 5'11". He's got a 27-inch inseam and 22-inch arm length, right? Go ahead and have a seat. I think we should bring the seat up a little bit for you. Okay, so go ahead and get off and we'll raise it. Okay, let's see let me find the line here. Okay. Okay, give that a shot. Might be too high. Let me bring that down just a touch. Okay, try that. And remember, you're gonna get the leg extension because the pedals are moved forward. So put your right foot on the pedal.
Kyle: Yeah, that feels much better.
Dustin: Okay, and how about the handlebars? Do you like them closer to you?
Kyle: I think for a leisurely ride, this would be good.
Dustin: Okay, there you go. Yeah, he's got nice relaxed arms and an upright body. Looks good, feel good?
Kyle: Sure does.
Dustin: Cool. So, yep, everything's the same. You have to put it in level one. You can use the throttle. Enjoy the ride.
Kyle: Great, thanks.
Dustin: And you can push the assist up if you want to go faster.
Kyle: Yeah, that's fun.
Dustin: Yeah? How do you feel about the riding position and the comfort and all that?
Kyle: I think it might be my favorite. Comfy ride. I like the big wheels and just really fast. Yeah.
Dustin: Cool. All right. Well, there you go. That's Kyle at 5'11". Let's move up to our six-foot rider. All right. Now I'm here with Braxton. He's six feet tall. He's got a 33-inch inseam and 22-inch arms.
Go ahead and have a seat. So I think maybe bring the seat up a little bit. Okay. Let's do that. Give that a shot. And then put your right foot on the pedal. Yeah, you're still going to get a good leg extension.
Braxton: Yeah, there we go.
Dustin: Perfect. How do you like the bars like that? Do you want them away?
Braxton: It's a little bit close. If it could go out a little bit more, that'd be great.
Dustin: Okay. Go ahead and…
Braxton: There it is.
Dustin: Cool.
Braxton: Yes, sir. All right.
Dustin: Yeah. Feel comfortable?
Braxton: Yes, sir.
Dustin: Cool. Good fit for Braxton at six feet.
Braxton: All right. Anything before I go? Are we good?
Dustin: You're good.
Braxton: All right.
Dustin: Have at it. You got to put it into level one at least, and you can go to two, three, four, whatever you want.
Braxton: Gotcha. All right. Well, let's see this. And this is what I'm used to, you know? Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. That's just how I practice on the bikes, you know?
Dustin: What do you think?
Braxton: Well, aside from being out of practice riding bikes, embarrassingly out of practice, you know, I'm more used to this, but in comparison to like the trike products, I think I like those better.
Dustin: Really?
Braxton: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. But I mean..
Dustin: In terms of just the stability of those or?
Braxton: Yeah, I don't know what it is. I think I like that first one the most with the…
Dustin: Oh, the two front wheels.
Braxton: The two fronts and how they're they're not static. You know what I mean?
Dustin: Yeah.
Braxton: Yeah I think that one's sweet. I like it but in terms of this bike you know, it felt good. It felt comfortable like how I like how big the wheels are. I don't know if they're bigger than normal, but they just, feel that way at least, you know?
Dustin: Cool. Yeah. It's kind of a stretched-out feel, too. I don't know if that.
Braxton: Yeah, especially how you can step through. And most bikes, you can't. You have to go legs up and over instead of stepping through the side to get on it. So, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Dustin: Cool. All right, well, that's Braxton's ride on the Relaxed Body. Let's move up to our six foot-one rider all right we got Mike at six-foot-one now 32-inch inseam 30 23-inch arms. Go ahead and have a seat. Want the seat a little higher, maybe?
Mike: Yeah, so you can probably go a little higher. I feel like these could come in towards me a little bit.
Dustin: Okay. Okay. Give that a shot. And then bring them into your body a little more?
Mike: Yeah, I think so.
Dustin: I tend to agree with you. I like them closer, but it seems like it's everybody. Like that?
Mike: Yeah. More control.
Dustin: Yeah. I agree. All right. There we go. How does that feel? Comfortable?
Mike: Yeah.
Dustin: All right. Mike at 6'1". Good fit. All right. Go ahead and hop on.
Mike: All right. I think I can go. This feels good.
Dustin: Handlebar's okay?
Mike: The handlebars are good. Got a good extension on my leg.
Dustin: All right. So, yeah, it's, you know, put it in a level one. You can always move that up when you're going. If you want to go faster, there's your throttle.
Mike: All right.
Dustin: And have fun.
Mike: Thanks. Yeah, I like that.
Dustin: Yeah?
Mike: It's zippy.
Dustin: How do you like the riding position?
Mike: I like it.
Dustin: Because this is kind of designed for bigger guys to be able to have, like, the handlebars and good leg extension.
Mike: It feels like I can cruise on it, but also, like, I can just zip around and play on it and lean into the turn, and it's kind of sporty.
Dustin: Yeah?
Mike: Yeah.
Dustin: And the handlebars, things like, does it feel like your back's upright and nice and relaxed?
Mike: It can be, but then when I was around the turn, I was leaning into it. So I feel like you get the best of both.
Dustin: Yeah, yeah. Yeah. Cool. And it felt nimble and fast.
Mike: Nimble and fast. Yeah.
Dustin: Right on.
Mike: I like it. Yeah.
Dustin: All right, well, there you go, Mike, at 6'1". Let's move up to our final rider at 6'2". All right, we're with Ryan now. He's 6'2", 33-inch inseam, but... Maybe a little bit taller, but we're going with 33. And what was your arm measurement?
Ryan: 24.
Dustin: 24. Go ahead and step on. Okay. Yeah, we could try to get the seat up a little higher if you think.
Ryan: Yeah, maybe a little bit.
Dustin: We're getting about to the limit here.
Ryan: Yeah.
Dustin: All right. Try that. Let's see what we got here.
Ryan: Too high. No, no. Like here.
Dustin: Put your right foot on the pedal there for me.
Ryan: Yeah.
Dustin: Yeah, I mean, because you got the forward pedals.
Ryan: Yeah.
Dustin: And how do you like the bars there? Because we could bring them into your body a little more, too.
Ryan: No, I like them here.
Dustin: You do?
Ryan: I like them here, yeah.
Dustin: Cool. Feels comfortable?
Ryan: Yeah.
Dustin: Awesome. We got a good fit for Ryan then at six foot two. Handlebars feel okay?
Ryan: Yeah.
Dustin: All right. So you know what you're doing?
Ryan: Yes, sir. Let's see. All right. And we're on. What? No, no. Oh, no. Kicks hand. There you go.
Dustin: Oh, boy.
Ryan: Oh, this one's nice.
Dustin: What's that?
Ryan: I said this one's nice.
Dustin: Yeah. Well, we've designed it sort of for taller guys with the longer frame.
Ryan: This makes sense.
Dustin: And the handlebars, does it feel comfortable for you?
Ryan: Oh yeah. And it's just, it's easy to zip and all, but like, you know what I mean? Like all of them are easy, but this one, at least for me, It's really good. And I could just stop and then go and stop and, you know.
Dustin: Cool.
Ryan: It's nice.
Dustin: And leg extension things felt good for your height.
Ryan: Easy. Yes.
Dustin: Cool.
Ryan: Yeah.
